M.Anila, Philippines – AirAsia offers flexible flexibility options for all flight bookings made between March 23 and April 30, 2020 (before or after March 22, 2020) (operated by Thailand and Asia other than Thailand. Domestic flight bookings, airline code FD and Air Asia India, airline code I5).
Eligible guests can now quickly choose from a range of flexible travel options using AirAsia’s AI chatbot AVA Support Airesia.com or Airesia.com.
Unlimited flight changes: No new travel dates will be available up to 48 hours prior to the flight departure at any time on the same route before 31 October 2020, subject to availability at any additional time or
Credit Account: Keep a flight booking value in the guest’s Air Asia BIG member account for future travel with AirAsia so that it can be redeemed within 365 calendar days from the date of issue. New booking travel dates can be dropped on any date within the flight schedule published at aria.com.
Note: These options are only available for flight bookings made on or before March 22, 2020, departing March 23, 2020 and April 30, 2020. However, these are not applicable to domestic flight bookings (operated by Thai Air Asia) for Thailand and India. , Airline FD and Air Asia India, airline code I5) and all other flight bookings that have a departing date from May 1, 2020.
Guests affected by the flight cancellation will be notified immediately via registered email and SMS, please refer to the received email for more information.
