BOhol, Philippines – A new seaside resort and leisure center in Bolivia’s tourist island is booming with the soon-to-open Bellemar Lifestyle Center in the four-hectare project of Bellevue Hotels and Resorts.
The literal meaning is “beautiful sea”, slated to open in the first quarter of 2021 and will reflect the architectural aesthetics of a prominent Spanish heritage.
For its first phase, it will have nine commercial pavilions, including a variety of local and international food and beverage and retail brands, technology, entertainment, services, health and fitness organizations as well as government offices. Will join It will also host a mall and 2,000 square meters. First in the supermarket, Pingleau.
The second phase will include Bellevue’s fifth property, which will further expand the hotel’s signature world-class Filipino hospitality.
Located close to the famous Aluna white sand beach and the city of Panglo, this development seeks to bridge the commercial space in the market that has yet to become a trading hub by providing day-to-day activities.
Belmar will be the group’s second property in Pangloo, the recipient of the first Five Star Resort and prestigious Green Resort Award (2016 to 2018) in the tourist island and the group’s second property in Panglo, located near Anaho Zero Carbon Department of Tourism.
